At Cody Active, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help!

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and condition, with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized products, gift cards, and opened fitness equipment, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. How to Return Your Item

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]  within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

4. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same item or a different size/color, please contact us to initiate the exchange process.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs.
